Well, one of the liver’s primary functions is to metabolize fat. When the liver is distracted with the kidneys’ extra work, it leaves little time for the liver to metabolize your stored fat. Remember, not drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day is like not taking a bath for a month for your insides! The key to a healthy body and fast metabolism is lots of water!
